The project comprises of Part of Demolition and Renovation for Existing Building, Demolition for some Building and Construct and Maintain New Building for Al-Jahra Co-operative Society and Pump Room and External Work.

Description of Works

A) Demolition of a part of the existing cooperative building
     Demolition of a part of the existing cooperative building for apprix. 904.92m2 of gross area.

B)  Earth work of the New Buildings
      The project include (3) different buildings :-

      1) Main Cooperative building of approximately 11350.24m2 of gross building area in a total of four floors as follows:-
              a) 2nd Basement Floor (substation) = 392.08m2
              b) Basement Floor = 3995.31m2
              c) Ground Floor = 3462.52m2
              d) Mezzanine Floor = 3399.65m2
              e) Roof = 100.68m2

      2) Shops building of approx. 1906.22m2 of gross building area in a total of two floors as follows:-
              a) Ground Floor = 1891.14m2
              b) Roof = 15.08m2

      3) Pump room and water tank of approx. 165.36m2 area and UDS foundation

C)  Construction for New Building
      The project include (3) different buildings for construction.

      1) Main Cooperative building of approximately 11350.24m2, the building consists of :-
              a) Basement Floor with area = 3995m2
              b) Ground Floor = 3462m2
              c) Mezzanine Floor = 3400m2
              d) Roof = 101m2
              e) 2nd Basement = 392m2

      2) Shops building of approx. 1335m2 of gross building area in a floor as follows:-
              a) Ground Floor = 1335m2
   
      3) Pump room and water tank with approx. 160m2 area
   
      4) Hard and soft landscaping including asphalt work, plants, irrigation system, street lighting, walkways, kids playground etc.
