The Company is organized on the assigned area in Amghara. It has built up considerable expertise in undertaking turnkey jobs as well as precast and GRC jobs, and has successfully completed many projects in Kuwait to the best satisfaction of its esteemed clients.
The Construction department, consisted of project execution teams is capable of executing projects of wide ranging nature, namely Schools, Residential Complexes, Supermarkets, Hospitals, Carparks, Industrial Buildings and Housing projects.
Technical Department has active role in tendering, contracting & executing of every project. It takes part in cost estimating, quantity surveying, design, planing & implementation of projects, using modern technologies & methods.
Design Section gives architectural & structural support of every tendering or current project. It does design of Architectural cladding with precast elements, reconstructed stone & G.R.C., design of fixings, structural precast elements. Coordination between different services is also done inhouse the design section.
Laboratory staff provides testing of sand, cement, water, fresh and hardened properties of concrete & G.R.C., designs, special mixes for polymerized concrete, mortars, grouts etc. Quality control like inspection of precast, prestressed & G.R.C elements, reparation works, choosing suitable materials and technologies, and overall support to all projects is scope of work of the laboratory...
Financial & Personal Departments are consisted of professional staff ensuring smooth execution of every of our projects. They use modern technologies for banking, accounting, archiving data for each employee.
Alamiah Factories
Prefab Fabric plant is consisted of Two Concrete Batching Plants; Steel Reinforcement Workshop; Two Casting beds for prestressed "T" or "TT" beams with capacity of 360m2 per day;
Ten sets of forms for production of 40x40cm and 30x30cm concrete piles, normally reinforced or prestressed. The lines are capable of producing of 700 meters of pile per day; Two lines for production of Solid or Ribbed Filigran slabs with variable thicknesses and sizes. The installed capacity is 600m2 per day Seven tilting tables for precast walls and frames. Four battery moulds for vertical wall panels casting. Steel Workshop is equiped with all accessories & machines for production of moulds, fixings, other metal fabrications; and fabrication of complete steel structures GRC fabric plant is founded 1992 and it is an integral part of Alamiah Building Co. It produces various types of GRC & GRG elements in different shapes, colours and forms. A carpentry and rubber mould workshops are part of GRC & GRG fabric plant where are produced all the rubber moulds for different shapes of GRC & GRG elements and sunscreens. Alamiah is one of the leading manufacturers of GRC & GRG products in the Middle East, introducing this versatile material to it's potential clients and their prospective designers.
